Bodega Chacra - a new successful project of the famous Tuscan house "Tenuta San Guido" in Argentina. Wines of this project was born, entered the select circle of cult wines of South America. A wine "Chacra Treinta y Dos" - one of the rarest wines in Russia - in 2008 earned the highest rating of Argentina for 92 points Wine Spectator.
This wine is made in accordance with the traditions of quality, from the grape harvest. Destemming performed manually. Cold maceration neutral containers takes about five days. Fermentation using natural yeast lasts for 3 weeks. Next, the malolactic fermentation in oak barrels, after which the wine harvest in 2009 passed the shutter for 11 months in Burgundy oak barrels (50% new), before bottling the wine is not filtered. Ageing potential fault "Chakra Treinta and Dos" is 15-20 years.
The magnificent land and vineyards of Argentina in the last century have directed all renowned winemakers of the Old World. Among them was and Piero della Incisa Roquette derived from a prominent family of the Marquises - owners of Tenuta San Guido, the creators of Sassicaia, grandson Morio Incisa della Roquette, the inventor of the Super Tuscany. Following the example of his grandfather, first landed in Tuscany unconventional Bordeaux varieties, Piero decided to take up the cultivation of Pinot Noir in Argentina. To the original vineyard in 1932 and own young plantings in recent years added vineyards in 1955 and 1967. Incisa decided to issue a separate wine with each of them. The names of its wines and literally mean years of planting vineyards: Treinta y Dos - "thirty-two"; Cincuinta y Cinco - "Fifty-five." Wine from the vineyard in 1967 has not left yet, but will soon be called respectively Sesanta y Sete - "Sixty-seven."
