Chakra Sinkuenta and Cinco - wine dark ruby color.
The wine Chakra Sinkuenta and 2009 Cinco rich fruity flavor with hints of minerals. Aged in oak barrels gives a nice complexity and softness. Medium acidity and long finish.
Wine with the sweet aroma of ripe strawberries, floral notes and aroma of minerals.
It goes well with meat and vegetables on the grill.
Interesting Facts
The grapes for the production of vintage 2009 are harvested by hand, only in the morning, starting from March 7. Berries are gathered in small boxes that can accommodate only 9 pounds of grapes each. This is a more time consuming process than using large containers, but it allows the berries, is at the bottom remain intact. Cooling of the grapes on the way to the winery keeps its freshness and useful properties. Then the grapes primary fermentation takes place in large 200-liter barrels. Terroir Chacra, towering 250 meters above sea level, on a combination of climate and calcareous soil is ideal for growing Pinot Noir. By the vineyard in 1932 and its own newly planted vineyards were added in 1955 and 1967. Incisa produces a separate wine with each of them.
