Reviews of purchase Joseph Drouhin, Chablis Grand Cru "Vaudesir", 2012
Wine pure golden color with greenish reflections.
Elegant taste of the wine, surround, rounded, broad, complex, balanced, with intense minerality, subtle hints of peach and nectarine, quite soft acidity and impressively long, attractive finish.
Elegant aroma of the wine reveals fresh floral and fruity (white peach, lemon, lime, pear, pineapple) on a background of shades of light spicy nuances of coriander, ginger, pepper and sea iodine notes.
The wine goes well with grilled fish, scallops, white meat poultry in cream sauce. Excellent as an aperitif.
