Tasting Notes
The wine is dark cherry red color.
The taste of wine is full bodied, rich, concentrated, with a flexible texture, pleasant tannins and a juicy, deep aftertaste.
The wine has a bright, expressive aroma with notes of ripe black fruit, graphite, slate and peat, complemented by smoky nuances and smoked.
The wine goes well with hot snacks, sausage, beef, veal, pork, lamb, poultry, large and small game, mushrooms, and various cheeses.
Interesting Facts
"Plaer" - a new red wine from Albert Janet, which is translated from Catalan as "fun", "joy" and "pleasure". This wine is made from a blend of two grape varieties - Carignano, and Garnacha, growing by 40-year-old vines. Harvesting is done by hand, and then the berries are double sorting - once in the vineyard, the second - at the winery. After a traditional vinification, the wine is aged 12 months in French oak barrels. Wine "Plaer" will bring you real pleasure in combination with various cheeses and meat dishes.
In 2004, Albert Jean founded the Wine House Seler acoustic. Already in 2005, Acoustic wine were on the list of the best wines of Catalonia and received high marks.
