Wine pure cherry color with purple reflections.
Taste powerful wine, balanced and elegant, with notes of black berries and cherries, fine-grained tannins and an incredibly long finish.
The wine shows a luxurious fragrance, which, like a symphony, interwoven notes of spices herbs, malt, cola and colors.
The wine goes well with hot snacks, sausage, beef, veal, pork, lamb, poultry, large and small game, mushrooms, and various cheeses.
Interesting Facts
"Etern" - an amazing wine from the master winemaker Alberto Janet, whose name is translated from Catalan means "eternity". For the production of this wine blend used two grape varieties - Carinena and Garnacha Tinta, growing on old vines dating back 70-95 years. Low yields (less than 1 kg of grapes per vine) means that the selected grapes to fully disclose its concentration and the potential during production. After manual grape harvest and the traditional method of vinification, the wine is aged 13 months in French oak barrels. On the wine label "Eterna" depicts the symbol of infinity. Vintage 2011 was released on a limited number of just 1,660 bottles. The potential of wine is 10 years.
In 2004, Albert Jean founded the Wine House Seler acoustic. Already in 2005, Acoustic wine were on the list of the best wines of Catalonia and received high marks. In the vineyards farms on sandy soil and shale grow old vines (some of them more than 100 years) indigenous varieties Garnacha and Samso.
