Reviews of purchase Cataldi Madonna, "Toni" Montepulciano d'Abruzzo DOC, 2013
Wine of rich ruby color.
The powerful, concentrated, mature taste of the wine is revealed by the tones of red fruits and ripe berries on the background of a harmonious tannic base. The aftertaste is long and fresh, with a pleasant sourness.
The wine has an exquisite aroma with notes of berry jam and pleasant woody hues.
The wine will be a good addition to roasted meat, for example, lamb, and also successfully combined with game under a spicy sauce, stew, grilled meat, pasta and aged cheeses.
