Wine Castra Rubra, "Dominant" White, 2011
Reviews of purchase Castra Rubra, "Dominant" White, 2011
The color of wine - a delicate pale green.
The wine has a rounded, full-bodied taste, in which the gamma juicy ripe fruit notes clearly disclosed on the background of delicate acidity. The wine is well balanced, has a beautiful structure and a long attractive finish.
The wine has a pleasant, invigorating scent with notes of juicy yellow fruit: melon and papaya, which stand out against the background of fresh herbal notes of nettle and hay.
Wine is the perfect accompaniment for fish, chicken, light meals. Feel free to apply it to the cooled meat (ham, jamon), as well as pasta, pizza with cream sauce and cheese.
Vintage 2011 won the gold medal at the "San Francisco International Wine Competition, 2012".

The area has excellent conditions for growing grapes: a rich and varied soil composition, excellent drainage and a sunny climate.
