The wine is dark crimson red color.
The taste of wine is soft, dry, concentrated, with a silky texture, expressive berry motifs, delicate tannins and a long, slightly spicy finish.
Multi-layered and complex aroma of the wine reveals notes of red fruits, cherries, giving place to the lighter shades of Mediterranean herbs, pepper and vanilla.
The wine will be excellent addition to the dishes, grilled, roasted or stewed meat, aged cheeses, beef, steak and barbecue.

Harvested by hand, at dawn, before nine o'clock in the morning until the temperature of the air in Puglia has not yet risen and the air blows cool. Maceration takes place under strictly controlled temperature conditions for two weeks. Part of the wine is aged for 6 months in French oak barrels, the rest is stored in stainless steel tanks.
