History winery Cascina Bruchata began in 1880. First owner, a Mr. Diene, has decided to sell the estate and offered to buy him his most experienced and reliable working - Giovanni Balbo. Giovanni was very grateful and proud of this proposal, however, being a simple farmer, he had no means of paying for the land. Mr. Diene, on the contrary, being a businessman who believed in Giovanni, allowed him to delay payment for the property. The first year of operation under the control of Balbo was extremely unfortunate - the season was rainy. Farmers from the surrounding land did not believe in the harvest. They teased Giovanni. But with the help of seven sons, constantly working in the vineyards, Balbo was able to grow exceptional grapes, despite the terrible weather conditions. Of course, in this situation, he had the right to demand a high price for their grapes, especially given that other winegrowers suffered huge losses in their vineyards. As a result, Balbo was able to quickly pay down your debt and become the official owner of the farm, calling it Bruchata Kashin.

In 2000, production of the winery Cascina Bruciata entered the world market. Vineyards farms are located in the Rio Sordo, one of the most prestigious and classic Barbaresco cru wine region, which has always produced a unique and elegant wines that evoke emotions, emphasizing individuality.
