Casa Castillo, "El Molar", Jumilla DO is a red mono-sour wine from Garnacha vine, representing the Spanish region of Jumilla. The new wine of the farm has its name in honor of Mount El Molar, located near the vineyards of Casa Castillo. The image of the mountain is adorned with a label of wine. In the process of vinification, alcoholic fermentation is carried out, passing two weeks under conditions of temperature control in open vats. Subsequent maceration and apple-milk fermentation is carried out on the sediment. And the wine is aged 12 months in large oak barrels.

Casa Castillo is a Spanish farm that created wines since 1874. In 1910, a new winery was built on the territory of the estate by immigrants from France. The invasion of phylloxera on French vineyards forced producers to look for new territories for development. The hearts of the regions that were not affected by the pests were also Jumilla. In 1991, the estate acquires Jose Sanchez-Cerezo in order to engage in the cultivation of rosemary. By the way, the spicy aroma of this plant and is still caught in the estate. In 1985, the farm was reconstructed according to a new project, involving the revival of old vineyards and the acquisition of new sites. In 1991, a new wine cellar was built, and in 1993 - the first commercial vintage "Casa Castillo Crianza, 1991" was released.
