Interesting Facts
Ca 'del Bosco Carmenere - the only wine in Italy, sold under the name "Carmenere". In Northern Italy has long been considered the variety Carmenere Cabernet Franc, and only special studies (initiated by Ca 'del Bosco) showed the opposite. This fact is reflected on the label - a wolf in sheep's clothing symbolizes the strong and free Carmenere, hiding under the guise of deceptive Cabernet Franc. Since the species is not typical of Lombardy, the wine is classified as a table (VdT).
