Tasting Notes
The wine is light straw color with greenish reflections.
The taste of wine is very juicy, with refreshing acidity and delicate, fresh finish.
The aroma of the wine reveals hints of flowering citrus nuances of green apple and a hint of lime.

White semi-dry wine "Carmel Single Vineyard" Riesling is made from Riesling grapes grown in the vineyard "Kayoumi" in the foothills of Mount Meron. This region to a cooler climate and location of landings at an altitude of about 780 meters above sea level, is considered one of the most prestigious wine-producing areas of Israel. Soil of the vineyard "Kayumi" - mixed in these, are limestone, basalt and red clay with high iron content. Riesling is harvested by hand, fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature and aged in the same containers for a short time. Wine storage capacity of 5-10 years. Producer's description
Lior Lakser - oenologist, who in 2003 began to cooperate with the Carmel Winery, and since 2005 is the main enologist company. He collaborated with Domaine Comte Armand and Chateau le Bon Pasteur, worked with the legendary Michel Rolland and honed his skills in Harman's Ridge Estate in Australia. Under his leadership, work best eight winemakers work closely with a team of expert growers.
