Reviews of purchase Caparsa, "Caparsino" Chianti Classico Riserva DOCG, 2011
Wine of deep ruby red color.
In the bright, rich, lively wine taste tart prevailing shades of cherry, plum and red berries are well supported by high acidity and firm tannins. The finish is dry, somewhat spicy and tannic medium length.
Dense bouquet of wine filled with attractive aromas of ripe berries with hints of flowers.
Wine is the perfect partner for red meat, cheese, pasta, pizza and traditional Tuscan cuisine.
Caparsa, "Caparsino" Chianti Classico Riserva - organic wine with the traditional "village" character, but with a modern design. It attracts with its lively, subtle, elegant taste and lush fruit bouquet with notes of spices.
"Caparsino" produced in 2008 on the basis of Sangiovese grapes (97%) with the addition of a small part of varieties Canaiolo, Colorino and Malvasia Nera, grown in the vineyards of the province of Siena, located in the heart of the area Chianti Classico. The vines grow at an altitude of 450 meters above sea level on soils rich in groundwater. Vinification takes place spontaneously, with the participation of natural yeasts and lasts about 12 days. Then drink at least two years aged in oak barrels, during which its organoleptic characteristics are getting richer and deeper. Before bottling the wine is not filtered. Thanks to good acidity "Caparsino" has a long storage capacity and the ability to develop in the bottle for 10-15 years.
