Reviews of purchase Cantine Intorcia, Marsala Fine I.P. Dry DOC, 1 L
Wine dark brown nut color.
The taste of wine is very generous, rich, powerful and dry. The finish is long.
Aromatic bouquet of the wine is filled with attractive notes of dried apricots and nuts, which are complemented by nuances of toffee.
Wine is fine as an aperitif, paired with risotto and rice with shrimp.
Cantine Intorcia, Marsala Fine IP Dry DOC is a dry white wine made and bottled in the Marsala region. For its production, the manufacturer used the grape varieties Grillo, Inzolia and Qatarratto. The crop was harvested by hand in early September. Each grape variety is fermented separately. Wine is aged 12 months in oak barrels. Experts say that the aromatic and flavor bouquet opens in full, if the wine is served slightly chilled.
The Intorcia winery was founded in 1930 by the Intorch family, who still own the estate to this day. They started their business from a small winery, and today they have at their disposal 25 thousand square meters of land on which vineyards, cellars for aging and the winery itself are located.
Intorcha is a member of the Marsala wines voluntary protection consortium. Culture, passion, history and traditions are an integral part of Marsala wines and the Intorch family. The wine house has always been known for its dessert wines, which are valued rather highly. The family is strongly convinced that the time has come to re-offer the world their Marsala wines.
