Cooperative Cantina di Soave, founded in 1898, is one of the most interesting wineries of Italy. With 6000 hectares of vineyards, the company has a very rich past, while evolving in new and innovative direction. Step by step, the company has managed to create a strong group of wineries with vineyards that go far beyond the original limits of the region Soave. Now in its production portfolio Cantina di Soave is also a land of wine from Lake Garda and the hills of Valpolicella, and Bardolino of the famous area. Following the tradition of growth and focus on the features of the terroir, the company has purposefully increased the quality of the native Veneto varieties: Garganega, from which the Soave wine; Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara for Valpolicella wines, Bardolino, Amarone and Ripasso.
