Tasting Notes
The wine has a very dark purple, almost black.

"Asinone", 2010 - a very complex and fine wine, is the flagship winery Poliziano. In the best years to create wines using only grapes Sangiovese. The history of the Cantina Frentana winery is the history of generations with unchanging values, a history in which traditions have been honored and adhered to traditional methods of wine production since 1958. The estate is located on a hilly area at the foot of Majella, on lands that are ideal for growing grapes.
Generous limestone soil, a soft alternation of sea and land breezes favorably affect the uniform maturation of a great crop. Each stage of production is carried out under the strict guidance of leading experts, which results in wines with an exceptional character.
