Dry red wine Cantele, Negroamaro is made from the same grape variety grown in the commune in the province of Lecce Guagnano related to the historical and geographical region of Salento. Cantele farm was founded in the 50s of the twentieth century. Giovanni Battista Kantele vintner and his wife Teresa Manara built a new winery in the region of Salento, in the Italian region of Puglia, which is known soils, perfectly suitable for growing grapes, and the mild climate.
