"Kamins del Priorat" - one of the youngest in the line of wines from Alvaro Palacios. This wine is its power, elegance, restraint and availability reflects a particular vision of the Priory. Vines, whose age ranges from 20 to 50 years, have extremely low rates of productivity - only 20 hl / ha. Harvesting is done by hand, and complete destemming. Alvaro Palacios - comes from a prestigious family of wine from Rioja, which could easily occupy a major position in the world-famous family winery - Palacios Remondo. But despite this, he decided to go his own way. Alvaro studied oenology in Bordeaux and had the enviable job in the famous winemaker Jean-Pierre Mueksa in Ch. Pétrus.
Returning to Spain, founded his own winery Alvaro Mediterranean Priorat wine region, south of Barcelona, Tarragona.
