The wine matches perfectly with meats and cheeses not too mature, pasta with ragout, hamburgers and beef carpaccio.
Dry red wine Langhe Nebbiolo - product selected grape varieties Nebbiolo harvested with neskolno vineyards in the villages of Barbaresco and Tracy. Harvesting is usually carried out in the period between the end of September and beginning of October. The vines grow on clay-limestone
soils with concentrations of marl. Fast alcoholic fermentation and maceration are held in a stainless steel tank at a controlled temperature. After vinification the wine matures in the same tanks for about 4 months and then bottled.
Langhe Nebbiolo shows devotion to traditions and respect for the land. The wine can be drunk now, but it will also continue to develop its taste in the bottle. Before serving, it is recommended to cool slightly.
