Barbera d'Alba "Paolina" - red wine, which is to create varieties Barbera berries collected from several vineyards located in the village of Tracy. The harvest begins in early October. Vinification begins with the fermentation on the skins, which lasts about 7-10 days at a controlled temperature in steel tanks, followed by malolactic fermentation.
