Red wine Contino Reserva, manufactured since 1973, introduces the concept of "chateau" in the area of Rioja economy CVNE. The wine is produced from selected varieties of berries Tempranillo and other varieties collected in the estate Contino. Northern Spain Wine Company (CVNE), founded in 1879 by brothers Raimundo and Real de Azua Eusebio, considered the oldest winery in Spain.
