Orange-pink wine with golden reflections.
Champagne has a full, rich flavor with a creamy texture that caresses and enveloping. The finish is long and pleasant, typical of wines from Pinot Noir.
The wine has an intense aroma with a pleasant explosive notes of flowers, fresh fruit and burnt caramel.
Champagne is well suited to the main courses, as well as salmon, lamb and veal meat, guinea fowl and even a pheasant. It goes well with soft cheeses and desserts based on red fruits.

Great pink sparkling wines can only be made from very ripe grapes, which represents a challenge in terms of climate Champagne. Louis Roederer therefore allocated for production of pink champagne vineyard Kyumer, where thanks to the lighting and clay-limestone soil the grapes ripen very early. For optimum taste of champagne kept in cellars on the yeast at least four years, and then another six months it "rest" in bottles.
