The cognac has a beautiful, bright amber color with copper reflections.
The taste of cognac is complex, attractive, soft, spicy, with hints of black pepper, vanilla repeating the aroma and a long aftertaste.
The exquisite aroma of cognac contains flowers, black pepper and vanilla.
Cognac is great as a digestif, combined with custard coffee and a cigar.

The Brugerolle Cognac House was founded in 1847 by Jean Brugerolle and still belongs to his family. Today the company is headed by Claude Brujerol. The house is known for the large production of cognac, armagnac and Pinot de Charentes. Years of experience in the selection of the best eaux-de-vie and their blending means that Brugerolle cognacs are always of high quality. Although Brugerolle is located in the Feng Bua area, it also uses Grand and Petit Champagne alcohols in its work.
Today, Dom Brujerolles is part of the Distillery de Math company, established at the beginning of the 19th century. Then it was a small enterprise, but with the advent of the Courier brandy, the production expanded significantly. Gradually, other spirits producers joined the company, and today Distilleries de Matha competes with the best brands in France.
