Wine of deep ruby red color.
Full-bodied, rich, well-structured with excellent balance and an incredibly long finish.
Wine with an intense, complex aroma in which tones of ripe berries, cherries, violets intertwined with hints of undergrowth, spices, licorice and toasted oak nuances.
The wine goes well with roast red meats, poultry (including birds), hard cheeses.

Bricco della Barbera d'Asti Bigotta is more feminine wine. Harvest for wine harvested in October. Vinification: maceration for 20 days and 16 months aging in small oak Barik. Thanks to the care of plants and aging in small French barriques, Bologna was able to shake the wine world, creating a rich and complex wines from varieties that were previously considered only subsidiary.
Today the company is successfully managing Anna, widow of Giacomo, and their children Raffaella and Giuseppe.
