Reviews of purchase "Bricco dell'Uccellone" Barbera d'Asti DOC, 2010, 375 ml
Wine of intense ruby red color with garnet hue.
Rich, incredibly soft, elegant and harmonious taste wine pleasantly surprised by refreshing acidity, complex tones of red berries, perfect balance and a long finish.
Rich and complex wine bouquet reveals notes of red fruits and berries, complemented by hints of mint, spices, vanilla and licorice.
The wine goes well with red meat, poultry (including birds), pasta with spicy sauces, pizza, seasoned cheeses and traditional dishes of Piedmont cuisine, for example, a hare with pears.
