Tasting Notes
Wine of intense ruby red color with garnet hue.
Rich, incredibly soft, elegant and harmonious taste wine pleasantly surprised by refreshing acidity, complex tones of red berries, perfect balance and a long finish.
Rich and complex wine bouquet reveals notes of red fruits and berries, complemented by hints of mint, spices, vanilla and licorice.
The wine goes well with red meat, poultry (including birds), pasta with spicy sauces, pizza, seasoned cheeses and traditional dishes of Piedmont cuisine, for example, a hare with pears.

Company founder Braida - Giacomo Bologna is famous, above all, the fact that thanks to him, it became clear - Piedmont Barbera variety can serve as a basis for creating the greatest wines in the world. Today Barbera - one of the most common varieties of the region. As the son of a winemaker, Giacomo Bologna created in 1961, a small company in the province of Asti Braida, in Piedmont. By the early 80s the company has already produced three star wine "Uchellone" "Bricaud della Bigotta" and "Ai Suma" . Thanks to the care of plants and aging in small French barriques, Bologna was able to shake the wine world, creating a rich and complex wines from varieties that were previously considered only subsidiary. Today the company is successfully managing Anna - Giacomo's widow and children - Raffaella and Giuseppe.
