Chateau Fuisse (Chateau-Fuisse) is located in the heart of Macon, in the Pouilly-Fuissé appellasone (South Burgundy) and is one of the most well-known domain in the region. Vincent family, which owns the estate since 1862, thanks to the outstanding characteristics of the terroir and the rich traditions accumulated by generations, produces wines of unsurpassed quality, has a wonderful reputation. In 1967, the domain starts to manage enology professor Jean-Jacques Vincent, who along with traditional winemaking began to use modern technologies, dedicated his life to working in the family business. Since 2003, the estate was headed by a representative of the fifth generation of Antoine Vincent. The farm has more than 30 hectares of vineyards located in four appellasonah: Pouilly-Fyuisse, San Veran, Macon Macon Fuisse and The Village, where it grows exclusively Chardonnay. In the vineyards using organic fertilizers, and vintage is made by hand. Harvest from vines of different years and different areas and vinified separately going.
