Old Bush Vines Chenin Blanc, 2008 - excellent dry white wine made from grapes of Chenin Blanc, which is grown on old vines, planted in 1952.
After harvesting the berries are fermented, then the wine is aged for 9 months in small containers. "Old Bush Wines Chenin Blanc" in 2008 recommended to drink in the period from 2009 to 2013.
Bosman Family engaged in viticulture in the region since 1798, is the largest producer of grapes in South Africa, in his kennel "Lelienfontein Vinegrowers" they cultivate vines more than 7 million annually. The last 50 years, the family Bosman engaged only cultivation of grapes, but in 2004 again returned to commercial wineries.
