Alcoholic fermentation of wort occurred at a controlled temperature of 22-29 ° C and continued for 12 days. The wine is aged in barrels made of Slovenian oak volume of 4500 liters for a minimum of 4 years. After bottling, the wine has undergone additional aging period of six months.
