Wine Borgo Scopeto, Chianti Classico, 2012
Reviews of purchase Borgo Scopeto, Chianti Classico, 2012
Wine of deep ruby red color.
Taste wine juicy and fresh, with balanced acidity and a pleasant minerality, notes of ripe plum, dark chocolate, soft nuances of old oak and extremely long finish.
Rich bouquet wine charms aromas of dark cherry and black currant on a background of elegant nuances of noble woods.
Wine perfectly complements game dishes, grilled red meat, spaghetti with sauce, mature cheeses.
Borgo estate Scopeti (Tenuta Scopeto) belongs to Elizabeth Angelina Italian, as well as estates Doga delle Klavule (Doga delle Clavule) and Kapartso (Caparzo) . Despite the fact that they belong to the same owner, all three facilities are markedly different from each other. So, winemakers Doga delle Klavule (130 hectares, the commune Magliano in Toscana) produced only three wines created with care and love, winemakers Kapartso (200 hectares, the area of Montalcino) tend to create a new wine primarily for novelty and experiment, but the specialists Borgo Scopeti (503 hectare area Siena) try to match the classic and recognizable canons of Italian winemaking. However, under the wise leadership of the owner, all three names are well known around the world - for example, wine Kapartso are available in the best restaurants in Italy and in the major countries of the world: USA, UK, Russia, France and others. Scopeti wine, despite its relative youth, also gained international popularity and are available in many leading countries (about 30 countries).
