The wine is ruby red in color with garnet.
Dry, velvety, fruity wine is filled with bright tannins, and ends with a long warm finish.
Intense and persistent aroma of the wine is rich in fruity shades with dominant tones of cherry and raspberry. The nuances of cassis, violets, chocolate, vanilla and oak barrels complementary palette.

"Borghetto" Chianti Riserva is made from Sangiovese grapes grown on soils of marl and limestone. In addition, the blend includes a small percentage of Canaiolo and Malvasia varieties.
