Wine of intense ruby color.
The soft, balanced taste of wine harmoniously combines notes of fresh wood, cocoa, ripe black fruit and dark chocolate. For continuous, fruity aftertaste clearly audible notes of pepper.
Fruity aroma of the wine is filled with notes of black currant, blackberry and chocolate nuances.
Wine wonderfully complements the taste of beef chili, turkey, blue cheese, steak, Cassoulet, fish.
Wine "La Tarara" Tempranillo Crianza, Rioja DOCa is made from Tempranillo grapes harvested in the heart of the Rioja region. Located at an altitude of 400-700 meters above sea level, the vineyards are influenced by the Mediterranean climate. Clay soils with a high content of limestone, marl and sandstone retain water poorly, so do not get grapes juicy and watery, and slightly dried slightly, with a highly concentrated flavor and intense color. Fermentation of wort takes place in stainless steel vats, and its subsequent exposure - in old French oak barriques.
Bodegas Obalo - young winery, founded in 2006. It is located in the small town of Abalos, in the Rioja region Alaves. The main grape variety that is grown in the vineyards of the company - Tempranillo.
The main objective of the company is the creation of modern wines with a strong character and a strong taste, which would be reflected all the features of the terroir. Experts of the company have achieved this thanks to the special climatic conditions and unique soils. Thus, the company vineyards are located in areas with soil rich marl. These soils are poor and poorly retain moisture, so the crop is collected from them in small quantities, but of excellent quality, with a high concentration of flavor and taste.
