The color of the wine is pale salmon, pink.
The taste of wine is light, bright, with a refreshing acidity and tones of fruit in a long aftertaste.
The aroma of wine is revealed by the shades of fresh flowers and garden berries.
Wine is recommended to serve as an aperitif, as well as with cheese dishes, fish and seafood, it is perfectly combined with mature Camembert cheese and fruit desserts.
Rose wine "Petirrojo" Reserva Rose is created from a unique grape variety - Pais Rose. The vine of this variety arrived in Chile in the 16th century with Spanish missionaries. The priests needed wine for worship, which would be kept for years, without losing quality. Grapes Pais quickly spread to Chile, becoming the most grown variety. This continued until the XIX century, when the country began to import European vines. Gradually about the grapes Pais began to forget, and only with the beginning of the XXI century Chilean winemakers began to revive the tradition of its cultivation. In the country there are small vineyards with 50-100 summer vines Pais. On their basis, a revival of this variety, which for many centuries was a symbol of Chilean winemaking, is conducted.
To create the wine "Petitroho" Resvera Rosa, berries are used with 60-year-old vines of Pais Rose grapes. They grow on clay soils lying on the granite base of the coastal mountains. The harvest of 2016 was collected manually in the last week of March. Whole bunches were gently crushed and passed an eight-hour cold maceration. The pressed juice was fed to fermentation in steel vats. The wine "Petirrojo" Reserva Rose is characterized by excellent pity and ease with pleasant fruity tones in taste.
The farm Bisquertt was founded in 1978 by Osvaldo Bischert Rebeko, a representative of the famous Chilean business family. This businessman was sure that the Chilean vineyards in Kolchagua are capable of producing quality wines that are worthy of world-class quality. From the very beginning of the activity the winery was aimed precisely at achieving high ratings and attracting the attention of the world wine market to the Chilean winemaking. Bisquertt is a very large winery. Wine is produced only from grapes from its own vineyards: Las Garzas, Rinconada, Chomedahue, Lihueimo, El Rulo, Casas Viejas and Trinidad. The total area of the vineyards is 750 hectares.
The production portfolio requires a variety variety, so the farm cultivates many different white and red varieties: Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Gewurztraminer, Vionier, Merlot, Carmenere, Malbec, Syrah, as well as the varieties of Petit Verdot, Cabernet Franc and Chilean winemaking Semillon. On the winery there is a whole team of oenologists, led by Joana Pereira. In general, in his wines Biskert tries to find a balance between an abundance of fruit shades, varietal character, expressiveness and purity of aromatic scales. Winery Biscerts is at the very beginning oriented towards the production of serious wines. The company works, focusing on the terroir, on the cultivation of only quality grapes. Osvaldo Biskert Rebeko led his winery until 2007, after which he transferred the management to the hands of the heirs.
