Wine Birgit Braunstein, St. Laurent Goldberg, 2009
Reviews of purchase Birgit Braunstein, St. Laurent Goldberg, 2009
The wine is dark ruby color with a violet hue.
The wine has an elegant, deep, well-structured taste, in which the tones of red fruits predominate, especially cherry nuances and spice accents. And the refined tannic notes emphasize the charm of the palette and continue to sound in a steady aftertaste.
In the aroma of wine, cherry tones, delicate caramel nuances, touches of spices and minerals are highlighted.
The ideal complement for this wine is carpaccio of beef, dishes from venison, lamb in cranberry sauce.
