Tasting Notes
The wine is a pale yellow color with a greenish tint.
Well-structured, full-bodied, rounded taste of wine is full of ripe fruit shades, tones of white flowers and delicate notes of vanilla. Harmonious, elegant wine with a long finish, which felt touches of citrus and hints of almonds.
Deep, incredibly rich aroma of wine reveals accents of yellow fruit, nuances of lemon and pear decorated with undertones of nuts, sweet spices and floral nuances.
This wine is the perfect complement to meals of white meat or fish, pasta, rich dishes and aged cheeses.
Interesting Facts
Refined white dry wine "Cambrugiano" Riserva Verdicchio di Matelica DOC is produced on the farm Belisario since 1988. It was the first Verdicchio produced in the status of "riservy". Vinification involves maceration and shutter partially in steel tanks and partly in French oak barrels. Exposure lasted at least one year, after which the wine is aged another 12 months in bottle. In order to fully reveal the refined taste "Kambrudzhano" Riserva, experts recommend to apply it to complex fish dishes, white meats and aged cheeses.

Velisario Winery, founded in 1971, now owns 300 hectares in the Alta Valle Esina. The microclimate of this terroir contributes to greater concentration of flavor, acidity and full preservation of grapes achieve perfect ripeness. Each wine Belisario is a carefully developed project, which begins with the cultivation of grapes to achieve the highest quality of the final product. Belisario is the largest producer of wine Verdicchio di Matelica DOC and DOCG.
The company produces two lines of wines: "Velisario", intended for restaurants and wine shops, and "Poggio alle Rondini" - self-distribution through trade and retail chains. Since 2002, Belisario holds ISO 9001 quality certificate, and 24 hectares of the total area of vineyards are certified for the cultivation of organically grown grapes.
