Wine Bejot, Beaujolais AOC, 2014
Reviews of purchase Bejot, Beaujolais AOC, 2014
Blueberry wine saturated colors.
Juicy taste of wine, harmonious, rounded, with pleasant fruity notes and a long aftertaste with berry nuances.
The wine has a pleasant aroma with notes of strawberry, red apple, raspberry and blackberry.
The wine will be an excellent couple of meals on the grill, meat sauce (coq au vin, lamb ragout, beef stroganoff), pates, sausages, soft cheeses (Camembert, Brie), goat cheeses.
Bejot, Beaujolais - excellent red wine made from Gamay grapes grown in the vineyard, which is located on the right bank of the Saone river between Lyon and Macon. Soil of the vineyard - granite, interspersed with shale and clay. The average age of the vines - 30 years. The grapes are harvested by hand when the fruit reach optimum maturity. The fruits are subjected to soft pressing, whereupon one of the traditional vinification takes place in large vats with temperature-controlled temperature, and the second part - karbonicheskuyu maceration. Then the wine is blended and aged for 10 months in steel tanks.
