Red wine "Croere" made from Barbera grapes grown in the vineyard with southern exposure with a total area of 6 hectares, which is located in the district of the city Kroere Castagnito. The vineyard has a low yield - 50 hl / ha. "Croere" vinified the traditional method: maceration for 15 days, fermentation at a controlled temperature of 28-30 ° C. After malolactic fermentation in small oak barrels, the wine is aged in them the same for 18 months. To generate the optimal balance between a solid structure and a rich bouquet "Kroere" further incubated another 6-8 months in bottles in the cellar of the winery.
