Dry white wine "Baglio Impassito" Catarratto-Chardonnay, Terre Siciliane IGT is made from two grapes - Catarratto and Chardonnay. Harvested from late August to early September with vines, the average age of which is 15 years. After soft pressing and separation of the skin, the berries undergo a cold decantation. Fermentation lasts 40 days at a controlled temperature of 15 ° C in steel tanks. The wine is aged on the lees for 6-8 months.
