Interesting Facts
The grapes for the production of Aventino Tempranillo is going at the moment of maximum maturity. This period lasts from mid-September to mid-October. For maximum freshness preservation of fruits and natural flavor fermentation takes place at low temperatures. After three weeks, 15% of the wine is placed in new French, Hungarian and American oak barrels where is kept for 4 months. It's easy to contact with oak only enhances the natural beauty of the drink, highlighting the natural flavor and adding light tannins. Awards:

In the Ribera del Duero, in the east valley Duero, is a small farm Santa Ana. Here grow Tempranillo vineyards that belong to the oldest vineyards in the region. This is where the grapes are grown, from which the popular wine Aventino.
In 2003, the Danish wine producer David Tofterup (David Tofterup) and Juan Jesus Ayuzo, found this place very interesting, created a project Aventino. Of the best vintages of different years obtained a completely different wine Aventino.
