"Fan D'Oro", 2010 - aromatic dry white wine that is produced from Chardonnay grapes grown in vineyards Quintanilla in the Spanish province of Ribera del Duero, which is dominated by clay-limestone soil. The average age of the vines is 18 years. Upon reaching maturity the crop is harvested by hand in boxes of 15 kg and carefully selected on sorting tables, and then gently pressed and slowly cooled. Fermentation of wine takes place in French oak barrels. After that, "Fan D'Oro" aged in oak barrels for 6 months, which keeps fruit and elegant style of wine.
Arzuaga Navarro family in 1987 acquired a vast estate of 140 hectares. Part of the vineyard is located in the vicinity of the estate, and some - in the hunting grounds of La Planta. Here, the owner of Florentino Navarro contains Reserve, home to deer, elk and wild boar. That love for animals was the basis of the company's logo.
