The wine has a rich bright pink color.
The wine seduces with a refreshing, harmonious, well-balanced taste with intense fruity and berry tones and a pleasant aftertaste.
The fresh aroma of the wine opens with notes of passion fruit, combined with hints of cherry and red berries, gradually complemented by light citrus touches.
Fine wine as an aperitif, and also make a good pair with dishes of fish, white meat and cheeses.
Elegant rose wine "Aromo" Rose Syrah is made from grapes that ripen in the Maule Valley. Harvesting begins in the last week of March and runs through early April. Pre-fermentation maceration is carried out at a temperature of 9-10 ° C and lasts from 3 to 6 hours. This procedure allows you to achieve an attractive pink color of the future wine. Next, the wort is separated from the skin and is fermented. Fermentation takes place at a temperature of 14-16 ° C for 18-23 days. Upon completion, stabilization is carried out at a temperature of –4 ° C, the duration of which is 5 days.
Vina Aromo Winery was founded by the French company Estansan & Co. in 1922. French winemakers have determined that the Chilean Maule Valley has enormous potential for growing vines and obtaining high-quality crops. In the valley there is a unique microclimate that the Andes provide. The massif protects the earth from temperature extremes and delays excessive rainfall. The wines of the valley are bright, with a fantastic aroma and great taste. In 1940, Vina Aromo was bought by Victor Enriques Solar, a famous Chilean winemaker and patriot of his land. His sons Arturo and Manuel continued the work of their father, and the company Vigna Aromo became widely known not only in Chile, but also in the world market. Today, the company's wines are sold in 32 countries on 5 continents.
