Chardonnay grapes harvested by hand early in the morning during the period from late March to late April. Grapes fit into the small 12-kg boxes and delivered to the winery, where he first carefully and gently pressed. Fermentation is carried out at a temperature of 18-24 ° C in the Burgundian oak barrels, 8% of which - new. During fermentation are used only natural yeasts contained in the skins of grapes. 60% of the wort passes malolactic fermentation. Then the wine is aged for 8-10 months on the lees in oak barrels, clarified and bottled. Wine storage capacity is 4 years.
