Interesting Facts
Known wine estates in the region Aconcagua - Arboleda owns at least known in the wine world Eduardo Chadwick (winery was originally a joint venture between Chadwick and Mondavi, but in 2005, Eduardo bought out its partners). The winery was founded in 1999 and was named Arboleda ("Grove") as surrounded by sparse copses. Subject trees reflected on the labels of wines - here you will find golden tree on a white background.
Vineyards farms are located 50 km from the Pacific Ocean in the valley of the Aconcagua called "Las Vertientes". Altitude: 380-590 meters, the soil is clay and stony, the climate is fairly mild with morning fog and winds from the coast. The combination of fairly cool climate and soil with good drainage allows you to create full-bodied red wines from berries and achieve a perfect balance of acidity and maturity. 72 hectares of vineyards are concentrated in varieties such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Sangiovese, Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot.
Arboleda Cabernet Sauvignon - a good representative of its class, comprehensive, balanced with well integrated tannins, long and elegant finish.
