"Tutunjian" Entre Valles - expressive red wine with an unusual flavor combination of dryness, ripe tannins and well-integrated wood notes. It appeared as a result of a new concept of Entre Valles (between the valley), which consists in selecting the best fruit from the vineyards of different areas.
Cabernet Sauvignon grown in Maipo Valley, on rocky soils. Carmenere vine grows in Apalte, in the heart of Colchagua. Plantings are aged at least 60 years, and their exceptional quality is ensured granite soils interspersed with clay. Malbec and Syrah are grown in the Maule Valley, Kurepto area.
Previous vines in April-May, the berries are sorted by hand and transported in small boxes of 12 kg. After a maceration of the grapes takes place in the cold-releasing flavorings. Alcoholic fermentation takes place at a temperature of 28-30 ° C with special yeast. Malolactic fermentation is carried out in the old French barrels. Kept in the same wine casks for 12 months, after which - 5 months in stainless steel tanks. Prior to sale, matured wine is further in the bottle for 10 months.
Viña Apaltagua located in a prestigious area in the Apalta Valley Cachapoal. Apaltagua history began in 1995, when the successful American businessman Edward Tutunzhan spent his holidays in Chile and just fell in love with the wine of the country. Having made the decision to invest in the Chilean wine industry, he bought his first vineyard in the prestigious Curico Valley.
