Wine Andre Lurton, Chateau De Rochemorin Blanc, 2007
Reviews of purchase Andre Lurton, Chateau De Rochemorin Blanc, 2007
Wine crystal clear, brilliant pale yellow color with greenish reflections.
The wine has an elegant, well-balanced, fresh taste with a smooth texture, hints of grapefruit, fruit salad and a long aftertaste.
Complex, intense aroma of the wine is filled with notes of citrus and vanilla, floral notes of hyacinth and acacia tones of white fruits - apricots and peaches, as well as smoky nuances characteristic of this terroir.
The wine goes well with delicate fish dishes, such as salmon, grilled, with roasted tomatoes and fennel, as well as seafood.
