Reviews of purchase Albert Brenot, Nuits-Saint-Georges 1-er Cru AOC, 2018
Dark ruby color.
Taste wines are very refined, elegant, flexible, charming, with hints of red cherries and red currants, leading to a thin, simple but very clean aftertaste.
Fragrant aroma of the wine is filled with floral tones, hints of red currant and raspberry leaf.
Wine perfectly complements game dishes, duck with olives, ham marble and aged cheeses.
Charming wine Nuits-Saint-Georges is created only from selected berries Pinot Noir. For the vintage 2012 harvest was selected from nine different sites scattered throughout appellasonu Nuits-Saint-Georges. The wine shows a wonderful terroir, being both long-lived and elegant. Vintage Pinot Noir wine carefully assembled by hand. The average age of the vines is 35 years. The main feature of the production is that the Nuits-Saint-Georges is aged on the lees for 18 months in oak barrels and 20% barrels annually updated. Before bottling the wine is not clarified and filtered, thereby retains all the delicious flavors and aroma, and good tannic base allows the wine to develop harmoniously over the years. Vintage 2012 can be kept at least until 2020.

For the production of 20 wines, including several Grands Crus and Premiers Crus, the farm Doudet Naudin used as its own grapes and bought from numerous manufacturers of Burgundy. Winemakers management believes that every wine should "represent the vineyard and vintage year", so the production of wine is always taken into account the origin and characteristics of the grapes, and berries from different parts vinified separately. This enables the user to create their own understanding of each vineyard and choose the best one.
