Tequila "Agavita" Platinum is created from the sap of the blue agave Weber varieties grown in the highlands of Jalisco, which is used for making drinks only premium. The harvest from the plantation of agave can be started only after 8-10 years after planting. The production is only the core, previously softened for 2-3 days in a warm stone oven.
