The color of wine - a bright, ruby red with violet reflections
Taste wines - fresh, with notes of red fruits, soft and rounded tannins, long finish.
The wine has an elegant flavor that will not leave anyone indifferent. At the beginning of the bouquet reveals notes of raspberry, cherry, violets and roses. At the end there are notes of grilled toast.
The wine goes well with meat, especially grilled, and it is recommended to apply to cheese average degree of exposure.
The main feature of the wine "Sensoinverso" - the origin of the grapes of Nero d'Avola, from which it is made. The vineyards are located on a small hill near the Madonna. The soils of this region - clay. Grapes are grown biodynamic method, and the vineyard since 2003 has a corresponding organic certification. The density of planting grapes - 4000 vines per hectare. Respect and love for nature, biodynamic farming, the efforts of people, workers in these vineyards - all this makes it possible to create a unique wine, which reflects all the positive aspects and the unique character of the terroir.
Nero d'Avola grapes harvested in the first half of September. Fermentation takes place in large oak barrels without the use of yeast and clarifiers, without temperature control. However, the maximum temperature did not exceed 30 ° C. Fermentation period of 15 days. Then the wine is aged in French oak barriques for 16 months. Finally, wine incubated an additional 6 months in a special glass bottles that contain silicon to prolong the life of the beverage. That is why the air in contact with the wine becomes more complex flavor and taste characteristics than the bottle.
