Reviews of purchase A. Christmann, "Idig" GG Riesling trocken, 2014
The wine is light yellow color with golden hues.
The wine has a very complex, well-balanced taste with a creamy texture, salty notes of minerals, hints of lemon and yellow stone fruit, long finish.
Fresh aroma of the wine is filled with notes of candied citrus.
The wine goes well with white meat, veal, crayfish soup, smoked fish (whitefish).
