Wine clean, bright ruby-red color with garnet rim around the edge of the glass.
Well-structured wine with a velvety texture and beautifully integrated tannins round reveals a warm, rich flavor with hints of stewed fruit and jam from wild red fruits with a nice finish of the notes of vanilla and oak. Drink leaves a long pleasant finish.
Intense and complex bouquet of wine presents aromas of ripe red fruits combined with balsamic notes, hints of toasted oak, spicy spices and cocoa.
Wine will be perfect pair with cheeses, sausages, pates, red meat and game. It is also possible to apply to the majority of Spanish cuisine.
"Oro Reserva" - a dry red wine with an intense aroma and rich flavor, created at the winery "Viña Real" from the traditional Rioja Alavesa grapes. In the blend is dominated by Tempranillo, which perfectly complement Mazuela, Grenache and Graciano. Harvested by hand, wine selects only ripe, mature, healthy bunches. After a cold maceration of crushed berries, then fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature to maintain varietal fruit notes. Part of the wort passes malolactic fermentation in barrels. Extract of wine is carried out in barrels of French (50%) and American (50%) oak, where it remains on average 22 months, during which time the wine acquires roundness and subtle elegance. After bottling, the wine "Oro Reserva" is aged for at least 2 years prior to the release to the market. A distinctive feature of "Oro Reserva" is the ability to long-term storage, during which the wine only improves their quality.
Northern Spain Wine Company (CVNE), founded in 1879 by brothers Raimundo and Real de Azua Eusebio, considered the oldest winery in Spain.
