Reviews of purchase Paul Jaboulet Aine, "Parallele 45" Rouge, Cotes du Rhone, 2011
Wine of intense red-violet color with a beautiful shine.
Beautiful structure of the wine is made up of rounded tannins, subtle spicy and earthy notes, tones of dark plums, cherries, blackberries and currants. Spicy long finish filled with shades of tobacco, anise and licorice.
Exquisite rich aroma are notes of red fruits, mixed with spices and smoky shades.
The wine is a versatile drink and goes well with many dishes, but especially with fat red meat, roasted red meat, grilled meat, hard cheeses.
In 1834, Antoine Jaboulay started working on the ground in the Rhone Valley, thereby linking the fate of his family with the fate of this fertile terroir. The result of hard work and passion for winemaking steel wine of exceptional quality, which have become very popular with his sons - Field and Henry. Name of the first was called a family company, which has since been passed down from generation to generation. In 2006 the company was acquired by the family Jaboulay Frey, who are old Champagne winemakers and owners of Chateau La Lagune in Bordeaux. Nevertheless, the company continues to operate a representative of the family clan Jaboulay - Frederick.
Today Paul Jaboulay Ene owns hundreds of hectares of vineyards, planted mostly forty-year vines, but there are also famous 80-year-old. It should be noted that in addition to the manual harvest at the winery practice traditional methods of care for the vines, using hand tools and only organic fertilizers. The whole range of wines produced by the house is divided into four lines, depending on the terroir and features of the drink: "Icons", "Domains", "terroir" and "Classic". Wine House Jaboulay proud of its past, believes in the future and invites you to taste exceptional wines Fields Jaboulay Ene.
